The worry of who is coming on the day. Concerns about family disagreements and differing personalities. Perhaps you are the main organiser the one who also answers all the questions. Or maybe you are being entertained and must prepare to go away when you’d rather it was a quite small group at home. So many people to please…. whoa, no wonder we suffer with overwhelm.

Come along to this workshop to learn how to look after yourself come to quiet, enjoy your preparations and reduce the overwhelm. And, whilst this is a trial you can find strategies that will reduce the stress and help you plan for more calm next year.
