Walk tall and with confidence

Loading Events

Have you occasionally noticed when someone glides past you in the town and attracts your attention? What is different about that person? You may find that they are engaged looking out to their environment, that they appear taller than they are, have an easy relaxed movement and look poised, despite their casual dress. Whatever the reason, they command your attention, look confident and happy in their bodies.

Finding our true alignment, yet remaining free in our limbs, we can all achieve this. Looking ahead, engaging with our environment and paying attention to how we are designed to move, also helps. We need to identify these attributes that are innate and encourage them to reemerge.

Come to this workshop and explore our innate ability to move on two legs with Poise!
