For one to one lessons:
To find out more about the Technique, contact me to book an introductory lesson. At the end of your introductory lesson, if you would like to continue, we can discuss a way forward and we can create your own personal learning plan. If you need time to decide whether you want to continue, you do not have to make an instant decision, you can contact me in your own time. Please allow 90 mins for your first lesson as this will give you time to ask questions and I will be able to get to know you a little.
What happens after my Introductory Lesson?
Further lessons will last for approximately 40 minutes and costs £35. But, you do need to find out if it is for you and this will be easier to decide after a couple of lessons. Repetition is important and therefore it is best to condense the first lessons into a short period of time.
