We are all different and yet we all attend the same kind of movement classes.
We try hard to follow what the teacher is asking us to do but often end up in pain, or worse still injured, because it isn’t possible for our bodies to do what’s being asked of us without causing harm, and then we’re not likely to return to the class.
This movement class is different!
As an experienced Alexander Technique teacher I have extended my studies to enable me to teach Yoga asanas underpinned by Alexander Technique.
Using this unique combination you will learn modified Yoga asanas, all of which are safe and provide the same benefits but without the pain and discomfort.
To enable me to observe what you are doing and modify the asana to meet YOUR personal needs, group numbers will be limited to a maximum of six participants. We will take it step by step and not rush through each session trying to fit in too many activities – you will not be doing aerobics, nor will you be expected to work up a sweat!

MONDAYS: 12:00PM – 1:15PM

Individual sessions: £9:50
If you book a block of 7 sessions and have to miss one, you will be given a free session in the next block.
It is important to attend regularly – a missed session will impact on the benefit gained.
