Online Movement Class with Kay Cady – The Joy of Movement

We are all different and yet we all attend the same kind of movement classes.
We try hard to follow what the teacher is asking us to do but often end up in pain, or worse still injured, because it isn’t possible for our bodies to do what’s being asked of us without causing harm, and then we’re not likely to return to the class.
This movement class is different
I am an Alexander Technique teacher and have just completed a programme of study learning how to practice Yoga whilst underpinning it with the Alexander Technique.
You will learn modified Yoga asanas, all of which are safe and provide the same benefits but without the pain and discomfort.
It will be a small group (Max 6), to enable me to observe what you are doing and modify the asana to meet YOUR personal and individual needs.
We will take it step by step and not rush through each session trying to fit in numerous activities.
You will not be doing aerobics, nor will you be expected to work up a sweat!

8.30 – 9.15am
September 6th, 13th, 27th (no session 20th)
October 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th
Buy a block of 8 sessions and get one free : £52.50
(£7.50 per session)
If you book a block of 8 sessions and have to miss one, you will be given a free session in the next block.
It is important to attend regularly – a missed session will impact on the benefit gained.
